14-year-old girl killed in West Coast Berbice accident

Dead: Richine Williams

A 14-year-old girl was killed on Sunday after she was struck down by a car on the No. 41 Public Road, West Coast Berbice (WCB).

Dead is Richine Williams, called ‘Renesha,’ of Lot 7 Paradise Village. Williams was a student of Belladrum Secondary School.

Reports are that motor car HD 4290 was proceeding east along the northern side of the Public Road when Williams reportedly ran from south to north and into the vehicle’s path.
