$60,000 bail for man who stole over $1M in electrical tools

A 43-year-old man, who allegedly broke into a man’s house and stole over $1 million in electrical tools, was granted $60,000 bail on Wednesday.

Germin Williams of Lot 105 Nelson Street, Mocha, East Bank Demerara (EBD) appeared before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman and pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The charge against Williams stated that on October 8, 2022, he broke into the dwelling place of Neil Wickham and stole several electrical tools totalling $1,270,000. The matter was adjourned to November 4, 2022, for report and statement.
