CANU seizes ‘sour diesel’ and firearm during G/Town operation

The Customs Anti Narcotic Unit (CANU), during a follow-up operation in Greater Georgetown on Saturday, seized a quantity of cannabis that weighed 916 grams and a .38 revolver.
The marijuana, which was found in an abandoned house, is known as ‘sour diesel,’ which is a foreign cannabis that has a current street value of $700,000 per kilogram.

Meanwhile, on Friday, ranks intercepted a motor car and unearthed one kilogram of marijuana. Two persons were arrested and escorted to CANU’s Headquarters along with the narcotic.
