Driver who was allegedly racing dies in Farm Public Road accident
Derek Kissoon, the 27-year-old driver, who died in the wee hours of Wednesday on the Farm Public Road, East Bank Essequibo (EBE), was allegedly racing, according to several eyewitnesses.
