Former murder accused now charged with break & enter and larceny

A man who was previously charged with murder is now back in court to answer a break & enter and larceny charge.
Brian Singh was hauled before Principal Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court and denied the charge.
The court heard that between November 2 – 3, 2021, he broke into Nirva Supermarket. He was sentenced to 18 months behind bars.
Singh was recently acquitted of the murder of Adrian Duncan called “Timehri Man.”
