GOA invites persons to design athletes' uniform for Commonwealth Games opening ceremony

The Guyana Olympic Association is inviting designers or artists to submit designs that could potentially be worn by local artists at the upcoming Commonwealth games.

This year's games will be held in Birmingham, England.

The GOA has stated that the designs will be selected by athletes and officials who will participate at the games and will be worn by Guyana's athletes in the opening ceremony.

The creator of the winning selection will be rewarded by the GOA.

Designs can be submitted to the guyolympic@gmail.com on or before June 10th.

Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games will begin on Thursday, July 28 and conclude on August 8.
