Juice vendor on bail over degrading videos against Top Cop, Calvin Brutus

Twenty-six-year-old Kevin Hiraman has been slapped with two cybercrime charges for allegedly posting degrading videos on Tik Tok against Commissioner of Police (ag) Clifton Hicken and Assistant Police Commissioner Calvin Brutus.


Hiraman of Diamond Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara, appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan, where it is alleged that between August 1 and December 12 at Georgetown, he used his cell phone and posted on TikTok several derogatory remarks about Hicken with the intent to harass or cause substantial embarrassment to him.


It was further alleged that between the same dates, he used his cell phone and posted on TikTok several derogatory remarks about Brutus with the intention to harass or cause substantial embarrassment to him as well.


The 26-year-old man pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on $100,000 bail. He was also ordered to report to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).


Reports are that Hiraman used three different Tik Tok accounts and posted the same video thrice.
