ND&S Superstore making home ownership easier by providing quality, affordable locally made furniture

ND&S Superstore, located at 218 Charlotte and Oronoque Street, Georgetown has been a household name for a number of years. Now the locally owned business is hoping to tap into the booming construction and housing sector by providing quality, affordable, and customisable furniture that it is all made with the finest local wood in Guyana.


This is according to Customer Sales Representative, Shazia Grant who spoke with MTV News Update at the ongoing International Building Expo.



According to her most of the furniture are made from crabwood, hububalli, and lotus wood.


And while many may question, what makes ND&S unique, Grant said "we go for quality and looks while most people go for looks only, our stuff here is standard and durable."


The company’s main aim at participating at the Expo was to gain exposure and the CSR posited that this goal was achieved. She noted that this “year was different.”


When asked what was different from the other years, Grant said “In previous years I don’t think we have so many attractiveness but this year I think we outdid ourselves we did great this year.”


The furniture store also offers a wide range of household and office furniture along with accessories.


Citizens are encouraged to visit the booth at the Building Expo and also their store in Georgetown where they can get quality household and office supplies at an affordable price.
