One-off cash grant of $200,000 for every household – President Ali announces

President Dr. Irfaan Ali on Thursday announced a one-off cash grant of $200,000 for every household in Guyana.

The Head of State made this announcement while addressing a special address to the 12th sitting of the National Assembly.

“We will begin this one-off cash grant payment to households instantly,” the Guyanese Leader posited.

President Ali said this cash grant would see $60 billion in disposable income injection into Guyanese households countrywide.
