Pensioner gets bail on sexual activity with a minor charge
Ruben Oselmo, 63, who is accused of having sexual activity with a child under the age of 16, has been granted bail.
Oselmo of Karrau Village made an appearance before Magistrate Teriq Mohamed in the Bartica Magistrate’s Court.
The defendant pleaded not guilty and was placed on $100,000 bail. He will reappear in court on May 28, 2024.
