Police superintendent accused of sexually assaulting colleague granted bail
Superintendent Karl Wilson, who is stationed at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), has been slapped with two counts of sexual assault against his male colleague.
The superintendent was brought before Magistrate Faith McGusty in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court. He was placed on $75,000 bail on each count and is scheduled to return to court on October 16, 2024.
In June last, the Guana Police Force (GPF) announced that it had launched an investigation into sexual assault allegations against Wilson.
At the time, the Police Force said the incident allegedly occurred sometime in April 2024.
