Wanted bulletin issued for suspect in abduction and robbery of $9.5M from Aurora employee

The Guyana Police Force (GPF) has issued a wanted bulletin for Okeemo Brummell in connection with the abduction of Kevin Fiedtkou that occurred on October 10, 2024.

According to the law enforcement agency, Fiedtkou, a 31-year-old Operations Supervisor employed at Aurora Gold Mining Inc., reported that he was forcibly held against his will by three identifiable males at the Giftland Mall compound.

The suspects then transported the victim to his residence in Providence, East Bank Demerara (EBD), where he was coerced into handing over $9.5 million.

Fortunately, the victim was unharmed during the ordeal, and the suspects managed to flee the scene after obtaining the cash.

The GPF reviewed CCTV footage from the Giftland Mall, which captured the incident. As a result, a wanted bulletin has been issued for Okeemo Brummell, one of the suspects involved in the abduction.
